Technical and Economic Analysis of the Prefabricated Light-Gauge Steel Inner Partition in Building Applications Zhang Heping1,a, Zeng Zhihui2,b, Zheng Fuyan1,c 1School of Civil Engineering and Architecture Departments of East China Jiaotong University, Nanchang, 330013, China 2Directly under the authority of Architectural Design Institute of Jiangxi Province, Nanchang, 330046, China a peacezhp1972@126.com, b zzhjx@126.com, c zhengfuyan369@163.com Keywords: The prefabricated light-gauge steel inner partition; New wall material; Economic analysis.
Therefore, the prefabricated light-gauge steel inner partition can significantly reduce the civil engineering cost of the main structure (including the foundation). 2.
Compared to the other two kinds of commonly used in partition wall materials, the civil engineering cost of the prefabricated light-gauge steel inner partition is the lowest.
Considering the factors that affect the structural based civil engineering cost in addition to the bottom of the column internal forces, still with the adoption of foundation forms, geology, and many other factors, it is more difficult to make an accurate economic analysis.
At the current use of common pile foundation, the foundation of the civil engineering cost can be thought to be mostly proportional to the size at the bottom of the corresponding column internal forces (mainly refers to the axial force).
