Abstract: According to the basic principles and methods of the fuzzy reliability assessment to the existing bridge, RC rigid-frame arch bridge with Fuzzy reliability evaluation of a judgment factor sets of class I and class Ⅱare identified in this paper, aiming at the existing disease in this kind of bridge.
“Standard for appraiser of reliability of civil buildings” (GB50292-1999) present that concrete structure safety appraisqal should assess each subject component level, according to four examination items: the loading capacity, tectonic, displacement (or distortion) and crack which unfit to continue to load.
In practical engineering, the weight of the safety influence factors (evaluation) above and the membership function of the quantitative factors may be done further adjustment based on expert experience and practical engineering case; the evaluation result may be more accurate and reasonable.

Introduction
The physical and mineralogical properties of the bottom ashes (BA's) produced from the
incineration of MSW are similar to the natural inert materials used in the civil engineering works
[1].
These facts have led to the development of many research works, aiming at the valorisation of BA's for civil engineering materials.
From an environmental point of view, the GM has shown better properties for its use as a civil construction material than the MSWI BA.
