Mechanical properties of knitted-dapped metal rubber are influenced by many factors, such as wires’ material and diameters, sample’s thickness and density, grooves’ depth and width, and the netting mode.
Effects of density and thickness should be larger, as knitted-dapped metal rubber is a kind of porous material and the stress direction in vibration is its forming direction.
The testing machine is applicable to tests of mechanical properties for both metal and non-metal material.

Introduction
DEAE-Cellulose 52 is a typical anion exchange chromatography material, in this material the diethylaminoethyl exchange group was added in the cellulose, the crude polysaccharide could be isolated and faded by it.
The neutral polysaccharide could flow out while the protein, acidic polysaccharides were adsorbed in the chromatography material when the crude polysaccharide solution through it, so that it could achieve the prefractionation of polysaccharides[1].
