The document prescribes mandatory instalment of solar collectors for water heating (internal use and swimming pool), but just on new structures located in coastal or capital area.
To make general idea valid in various cases (different existing single-family houses) it is, in the first step, necessary to educate professionals - auditors or advisors who will, equipped with sufficient knowledge and skills, be able to recognize individual problems and potentials for improvement.
Extended (in comparison with the current) scope of duties of professional energy auditors-advisors should be regulated on national level in both countries.
General new task for these professionals would relate to the creation of the plan of energy performance improvement for separate households, up to the achievement of energy efficiency, desirably above regulated minimum.

According to the energy professional assessed estimates, each year the ineffective domestic cooled water wasted in the whole country can reach at least more than 100 tons, which is equivalent to five medium waterworks’ year-round water yield.
Design Structure and Working Principle This system mainly consists of hot water pipe, temperature sensor, control switch, water-saving box, pressure-regulated suction device, water-mixing valve and cold water pipe.
Then through pressure-regulated suction device 5 the water in water-saving box will go into the water-mixing valve 7 meanwhile the cold water from cold water pipe 8 will go into it too.
There they will mix again with hot water from hot water pipe 12 and goes to solenoid valves 1 and 2 to go either out of shower nozzle or into water-saving box.
It makes it possible in the negative pressure area to imbibe the water in water-saving box with atm press to go into the water pipe

Water of three different salinity (Da Qing formation water 6778mg/L, Cnooc formation water 9374.13mg/L, and NaCl with brine salinity is 500 mg/L)under normal temperature, respectively saturates calibration core, initial resistance measurement.
The higher core saturation of water type of total salinity (I.e.the greater the salt content), the stronger conductivity of water and the smaller resistance is.
Under the same oil saturation conditions, among three chosen water types, the greater the total salinity of the water, the smaller the resistance value.
