Water-recovery is very useful for ease water shortages in our country cities.
Introduction According to statistics, more than 60% of more than 600 cities in China face a problem of inadequate water supply, among which more than 100 cities face more serious water shortage.
As a good substitute for natural water sources, reclaimed water is getting attraction.
Therefore, the financing decision-making on reclaimed water recycling projects is particular important.
Decision-makers must have high professional quality and overall control ability, and also the full participation.

Otherwise the water will pass through cracks or damage of aggregate and then permeate the asphalt mixture, which would accelerate the pavement destruction, thereby cause map cracking, alligator cracks, chuck holes and structural damages.
When conducting the spray test of asphalt pavement, the pipe of professional distribution truck should be unclogged.
When the construction task finished, the remaining materials in the storage of professional distribution truck tank should be discharged every day.
In general, when the pavement is dry and inadhesive to test paper, the traffic could be open after the protective membrane which covered the traffic mark line is uncovered by the professional people.
(2) After construction, the pavement water damage is greatly decreased and the pavement service life is significantly extended.

Medical professionals find the prospect of online detection of such analytes exciting, as current practice is time consuming and leads to multiple invasive procedures.
Research Methodology Previous work by the authors [8, 9] has considered the detection of lactate, a known indicator of paraplegia, in water.
To this end, the work involves dilutions of lactate in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) solution, which is analogous to water; at low microwave frequencies (< 2 GHz) the is little variation in spectra between PBS solution and serum.

Furthermore, various food related mobile phone apps and professional desktop applications were analyzed to figure out what functionality and data sources are appropriate to create such a promising key figure for food selection like NutriScale.
The available functionality of those apps was compared to professional software tools used by nutrition therapists.

For all of the mentioned professional software tools the Bundeslebensmittelschlüssel (BLS) is available as a data source.
• Only professional software tools like DGExpert or NutriGuide are able to integrate those databases as their sources to support therapy processes.

The document prescribes mandatory instalment of solar collectors for water heating (internal use and swimming pool), but just on new structures located in coastal or capital area.
To make general idea valid in various cases (different existing single-family houses) it is, in the first step, necessary to educate professionals - auditors or advisors who will, equipped with sufficient knowledge and skills, be able to recognize individual problems and potentials for improvement.
Extended (in comparison with the current) scope of duties of professional energy auditors-advisors should be regulated on national level in both countries.
General new task for these professionals would relate to the creation of the plan of energy performance improvement for separate households, up to the achievement of energy efficiency, desirably above regulated minimum.

• There is a lack of energy-saving professionals and architectural teaching is short of the phase of energy-saving teaching.
Currently, there is an increasing demand for professionals that are majored in architectural design and skilled in energy-saving technologies.
However, being lack of professionals with energy- saving technologies, the above demand is rather difficult to meet; it is also not easy for graduates from common architecture school to directly undertake the task of energy-saving design.
