The Fiberboard of Hot Pressing Process Optimization and Combination Performance Characterization Minghui Guo 1,a,Jianpeng Hu1,b 1Key Lab. of Bio-Based Material Science and Technology of Ministry of Education Northeast Forestry University ,Harbin150040,China agmh1964@126.com,bjianpeng0101@126.com Keywords:ammonium lignosulfonate/urea; hot-pressing process; characterization of performance; FTIR; XRD; ESEM.
Abstract. To pack a certain quality ratio ammonium lignosulfonate / urea as a filler into the natural wood fiber, Using flat pressure process fiberboard materials, Optimize the hot pressing technique that the filler is 20% (The quality ratio of lignosulfonate/ urea is 5: 3), slab moisture content is 13%, hot-pressing temperature is 190℃; hot-pressing time is 7 minutes, hot-pressing pressure is 2MPa and 1% paraffin emulsion.
Experimental Materials. The appearance of ammonium lignosulfonate is generally brown tilting power has good water solubility and surface activity, and the dry powder with a small amount of water has a strong adhesion.

Authors and some previous researches have reported the cutting characteristics of several kinds of graphite materials.
Masuda et al. [8] observed that a crack was produced and extended along the cutting direction, and then some workpiece materials were crashed into chips in the turning process of sintered graphite.

During the production processes, multiples materials can be applied which makes it easy to manufacture new products with minimum amount of waste and lower materials costs [25].
With BDA, AM manufacturers could better predict the amounts of materials/resources they need and schedule shipments accordingly.

Experimental Two different titanium sponge powders were used to sinter porous materials.
Both porous materials start with a high climbing rate around 10 mm/s at the beginning.
The reason can be explained by the microstructure of both materials.
Also, the use for other sponge materials will be addressed.
