Piezoelectric patches bonded on the surface of metal substrate, the electrodes derivative from the metal substrate and piezoelectric materials respectively.
So, choose PVDF as the piezoelectric layer; choose phosphor bronze, aluminum and molybdenum as the materials of metal substrate separately.

Chemical structure, thermal performance, micro-morphology and hydrophobic property of the hybrid materials and film were investigated by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrum (FT-IR), Thermogravimetric Analyzer (TGA), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Static contact angle analyzer, respectively.
So if those polymers were hybridized with nano-silica to engender novel fluorosiloxane polymer/silica hybrid nanocomposites and then those newly hybrid materials were utilized to handle the cotton fabrics, could superhydrophobic cotton fabrics be simply acquired?
Experimental Materials Polymethyltrifluoropropylhydrosiloxane (PFHMS) was prepared in our laboratory with a Si-H content of 0.105 % ( expressed by the moles of Si-H groups contained in 1 grams silicone).
