Introduction EPS technology silt mixing light-weight soil from a new point of view that the sludge as a resource, by adding the waste foamed polystyrene, curing agent, mixture mixing and has a certain strength, lightweight synthetic packing. due to its stable physical properties, won't produce the soil pollution problem, at the same time, the technology can be abandoned foamed material and silt into high quality filling construction materials, To waste recycling is the environmental geotechnical engineering is on the rise and development of one of the main research direction.

The layout of the traditional stiffeners is disconnected, the strengthening materials of remaining parts cannot support each other, while the VGA structure is well-distributed, the subveins on four angles play a supporting role on mainveins.

Micro-EDM (µ-EDM) is one of important technologies in micro machining for advantages such as non-contact processing and the ability of machining any conductive material regardless of its intensity, tenacity and hardness.
So, the lower part of electrode wears severely in µ-EDM, more materials are migrated from lower part of electrode than from upper part of electrode.
