Shateri et al. [14], and Siegmund et al. [15] identified injury locations at the segmental and whole neck level under several loading modes based on ligament distractions.
Trajkovski et al. [20] determined the effects of subfailure load and injury of the three main cervical spine ligaments.
The developed FE model was validated for quasi-static and dynamic loading conditions by comparing the obtained results with those previously published by Wheeldon et al. [23] and Mustafy et al. [2].

Al(O-sec-Bu)3 and 2-butanol were purchased from Alfa Aesar.
The Ir/AlO(OH) catalyst was prepared according to the literature reported by Park et al.[7] IrCl3, 2-butanol, Al(O-sec-Bu)3 were added into a 50-mL round flask equipped with a condenser.
The FT-IR spectra of the samples indicated that the intensive bands at 3487 and 3094 cm-1 belong to the vas(Al)O-H and vs(Al)O-H stretching vibrations.
Xu et al. suggest that the increased catalytic activity after water addition was a consequence of the competition between water and ethanol on surface adsorption of the SiO2 supported ruthenium.[9] Moreover, Pietrowski et al. thought that except surface adsorption competition, the hydrogen bonds between o-CAN and water in the mixture play a key role in enhancing the activity of the Ru/MgF2.[10] With our experimental results and some relevant literature information in mind, we proposed that the hydrogen bond between the substrate and surface hydroxyl groups is indispensable for the promoting activity of the catalysts.

Argote et al (1990)[2] also points out that the use and integration of knowledge will be able to improve an organization's manufacturing capabilities greatly, and develop sustainable competitive advantage.
And Harem et al (1996) [6]also believes that both internal knowledge transfer and external knowledge transfer can bring competitive advantage to organization.
The measuring dimensions of Knowledge Transfer are internal knowledge transfer and external knowledge transfer (Harem et al, 1996)[6], which consist of 8 items with Cronbach`s α value of 0.80 and 0.76.
And the measuring dimensions of manufacturing performance (Shin et al, 2000) [12] consist of 4 items with Cronbach`s α value of 0.84.

Paul et al. [7,8] reported in several articles a higher forced convection heat transfer coefficient [7] and also the deterioration of the natural convection [8] heat transfer of NEILs compared to base fluid.
Wang et al. [10] reported in their publication some thermophysical properties of 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium tetra-fluoroborate ([HMIM]BF4) IL based IoNanofluids both enhanced with graphene and MWCNTs.
For instance, for 1% volumetric loading of MWCNT, Choi et al. [13] found as high as 160% increase in thermal conductivity of α- Olefin oil (λ = 0.145 W/m·K) and Xie et al. [15] reported about 13% and 19.6% increases in thermal conductivity of ethylene glycol (λ = 0.14 W/m·K) and decene (λ = 0.14 W/m·K), respectively.
From the results depicted here it can see that the enhancement in thermal conductivity appears by adding small percentages of nanoparticles and goes to 12%, as was identified by Paul et al [7, 8].

The Al/(Zn + Al) molar ratio was 2 % .The as-prepared solution was then vigorously stirred for 1 hour at 60 °C until a clear and homogeneous solution was obtained.
Huang et al [14], where perpendicular ZnO nanorods were obtained using sol-gel dip-coating technique with a pre-annealing temperature equal to 240 °C.
Huang et al. [14].
Zhu et al. [16].
The Al doping will suppress the in-plane diffusion, thus promoting the out-of-plane growth [16] and also promotes the formation of nanorods via heterogeneous nucleation [16,17].
