Hexagonal grid cylindrical latticed shell structure is proposed, due to honeycomb structure (although the hexagon structure) is the most effective structure on save the building materials.
Connecting the nodes in sequence on the basic of the description rules of the nodes, and then to make the geometric model completed. 3) Material property and the type of members.
The process of calculation and analysis showed this method feasible. 2) The regular hexagonal latticed structure, as also the honey structure, can effectively save building materials, and the regular hexagonal grid with sparse distribution of member can create a simple and transparent visual effect.

In order to study the tooth load distribution, the stress, the strength and other issues of the non-backlash double-roller enveloping hourglass worm drive,As object,a finite element dynamic analysis model of the new worm drive was established for the first time.Based on the model, dynamic force simulation analysis was completed with ANSYS and LS-DYNA software in different load and different material.
2.Method
2.1 Modeling with Pro/E

As shown in Fig.1,OP is contact point of roller tooth face and worm tooth surface, a movable system of coordinate Sp(e1, e2, n) in contact point OP place was establishment,and combined with worm gear solid.

Die assembly is a kind of special tools for fabrication of metal or non-metallic materials parts with required design and purpose.
In this paper, the machining strategies for fabrication of die assembly with typical shaped cavity using EDM were discussed, according to the different cavity structures, the best machining strategies were proposed Introduction With the development of material science and industry progress, a large number of high strength, high hardness, high toughness, high brittleness, high temperature and other special properties of the mold material have been applied more and more widely.
EDM is mostly used in die and mold making, where complicated shapes in hard materials and with high precision have to be machined.
