Keywords: ambient air quality; gaseous pollutants; atmospheric particulate matter; Spearman rank correlation.
Fig. 1 The annual ambient air qualities of the five national central cities in China in 2013 Temporal distributions and trends of the main atmospheric pollutants and number of civil motor vehicles owned from 2002 to 2013 [7,8] (Fig. 2).
The method of Spearman rank correlation was used to evaluate the trends of the main atmospheric pollutants and number of civil motor vehicles owned.
Fig. 2 Temporal distributions and trends of the main atmospheric pollutants and number of civil motor vehicles owned from 2002 to 2013 As shown in Fig. 2, all the concentrations of the main monitoring indexes in the five cities assumed the drop tendency from 2002 to 2013, indicating that the ambient air quality continued to get better according to older versions of CNAAQS.
The decreasing trends of SO2 in the five cities were more obvious than those of NO2, probably due to the wide use of desulfurization and sustained growth number of civil vehicles in recent years.

Now we need analyze the rebound deformation in many engineering.
Introduction People can meet much soft clay foundation in engineering structures, such as civil construction, hydraulic engineering and hydroelectric-power project, highway traffic system and so on, and the deformation analysis of soft clay foundation also holds important status in the design of geotechnical engineering.
