However, the complex spooling tension is subjected to many factors, such as the unwinding tension, additional tension and yarn guide tension.
Beyond mechanical hardware factor, the spooling quality is affected by the spooling tension.
When the spooling tension is moderate, the spool would be formed well with the appropriate winding density and the better physical and mechanical properties of yarn; otherwise, the overlarge spooling tension would make the yarn elasticity losing and the weaving end breakage rate increasing and the smaller spooling tension will caused the poor quality of the spool.
Here, the formation and variation of the rewinding tension affected by many factors is the main factor inducing the tension fluctuation.
The separation point tension is subjected to the following factors: the backing-off point tension; the adhesion between the yarn and cop determined by the stringy properties and yarn surface state; the conquered inertia force when the yarn moves from static state; the friction of the sliding yarn fragment acting on the cop surface between the unwinding point and separating point.

The results implied that the surface properties of coated paper could be adjusted and improved by increasing the coating solid.
The ink penetration behavior depends on the coating surface topography and properties.
There are many factors affecting the structure and surface properties of the coating layer in the papermaking process, which include coating recipes, coating conditions and calendering, etc.
In fact, coating recipe is the important factor which affects structure and properties of coating layer.
The findings indicated that coating solid affected the surface properties owing to the different coating composition.

Mechanical properties of Hydroxyapatite (Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2, HA, still need to be modified to improve its function as dental filler or bone implant.
For biomaterials applications, metal oxides added to enhance the mechanical properties of HA must be biocompatible.

Such changes are undesirable, since they may directly affect the chemical, physical and mechanical properties of the products.
Significant deterioration of the mechanical properties of polyolefins was observed after 15 days of accelerated ageing at an elevated temperature [5].
Moreover, the mechanical properties results confirmed that both the unfilled PP and the PP/wood-fiber composites exhibited good UV radiation resistance.

There are numerous factors that influence sheet metal forming including but not limited to the shape of the die, properties of the material, shape of the blank, boundary conditions, friction and lubrication conditions between the die and the blank [2].
Therefore, finding out the obvious factors and selecting the optimum level of the factors are very important when designing a sound mould.
Its mechanical properties are shown in Table 1.
So considering all the factors, the optimum scheme is A1B1C1.
The factors influencing forming effect can be found by numerical simulation, and then the levels of the factors are chosen.

The mechanical properties of the solder layer have not been studied in practice and in the calculations, we will assume that the properties of the solder are equivalent to the properties of pure silver.
Properties of sapphire were taken from [19-20].
The presence of the above factors leads to the need for an individual calibration of each strain gauge.

Therefore the surface roughness of sapphire is an important element that substantially effects LED performance.[3-4] Also, as sapphire is also used as the substrate for GaN and GaAs semiconductos which are optical devices that emit light, the high transmittance and low haze properties are also important factors impacting LED performance.[5] Sapphire glass, which has gained increasing popularity in recent times, is replacing conventional reinforced glass with its higher strength, scratch-resistance, lighter weight, and higher infra-red rays transmittance.
Due to the various uses, many studies are investigating the varying physical properties yielded by different thicknesses of sapphire.
In the present study, sapphire specimens of varying thicknesses were CMP treated, and the surface roughness, transmittance and haze characteristics of the samples at varying thicknesses following the same polishing process were observed to study the impact of the thickness of sapphire on physical properties following polishing.
Experimental Method To identify the impact of sapphire thickness on the physical properties of sapphire following CMP treatment, sapphire samples with thicknesses of 1mm, 3mm, 5mm, and 7mm were used.
As for the polishing slurry used in CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing), a diamond slurry was used.

Fatigue properties play a leading role in the reliability and lifespan for the aerospace
components in service.
If the structural configurations, dimensional sizes and the material properties are predefined, then the surface quality of a machined component becomes the most important factor that affects performance.
Microhardness traverse Classification and Framework of SI Model The SI model is complicated and involves in many factors which interact with each other.
If we take turning process as an example, then all the factors affected could be classified and defined separately.
The qualitative classification and digital definintion of the abstract factors that affect the SI requirement of machined components make the framework of the SI model be more clear as shown in Fig. 1.
