Introduction At present, most alloy powders for laser cladding are thermal spraying materials[1].
The cladding materials(Ti,Al), in the form of powder with purity of 99.99% and particle sizes ranging between 50 and 70 µm, were grinded and mechanically mixed together.

Analysis of Fused Magnesia Production Process with 3000kVA Electric Arc Furnace Guochao Qi a, Fengjun Shanb, Qiang Li c , Jingyuan Yud School of Materials Science and Engineering, Liaoning University of Technology, Jinzhou 121001, P.
Magnesite is the main raw material of fused magnesia production.
With the magnesite resource in hand, China has become the world's largest exporter of magnesia refractory materials[2].
There are three layers in the materials loading of melting furnace after the initial molten pool formation till the end of operation.
