To make full and reasonable use of natural light in civil buildings has an important meaning to the construction of green buildings.
Based on the analysis on the sunshading control needs of civil buildings, this paper has proposed a system framework based on Lonworks fieldbus, and has designed control nodes of intelligent curtains from the two aspects of hardware nodes and control software.

Research of contradiction between energy use and industrial development of underdeveloped regions in northwest --- Yinchuan city in Ningxia autonomous region as an example Qian Dong College of Civil and Water Conservancy Engineering, Ningxia University, Yinchuan, 750021, China dq_nx@126.com Keywords: Ningxia Yinchuan; Energy; Planning advice Abstract: Industrialization brings great pressure to the construction of urban ecological environment.
So, because of distance and price advantage, the conditions of developing the natural gas chemical industry and civil natural gas engineering are extremely advantageous.
While promote the reform of heating system, we must implement the rules of “the rules for energy conservation regulations implementing of the civil building for the Ningxia Hui autonomous region and the detailed rules for the implementation of civil building energy efficiency design standards in Ningxia region strictly, put forward higher energy –efficient standards for the performance of heat preservation of building palisade structure.

Study on Fire Prevention of Wall Insulation Organic Materials Wang Pengxiang1, Zhang Cunwei2, Li Xiangmei3, Yang Rongjie3 School of Materials Science &Engineering, Beijing Institute of Technology National Engineering Research Center of Flame Retardant Materials,100081,Beijing Keywords: Organic, Wall Insulation Materials, Fire Prevention, Development Abstract: This article described the technical progress of the wall insulation organic materials and analyzed other relevant factors in recent years about the insulation materials policies changes and market changes.
The file required, since March 15.2011, the civil building exterior insulation materials all must obey the file strictly.
But due to the difficulties of implementation in reality, on December 5, 2012, the fire department of ministry of public security issued “notice about civil building external thermal insulation materials of fire supervision and management of the relevant matters (2012350) ”, which clearly pointed out that No.65 should be stopped execution, and return to document No.46.
The civil building wall insulation materials’ combustion performance should be appropriate for A class, and should not be below B2.
