Introduction
Dimensionality reduction is useful in the face of high-dimensional data.
It’s regarded as one of the effective algorithms for the problem of nonlinear dimensionality reduction, and it has desirable property, mapping high-dimensional data into a single global coordinate system of lower dimensionality.
Generation of New Data.
Although LLE is able to obtain a low-dimensional representation for the fixed set of high-dimensional data points, it’s lacking in generation to new data.
Residual variances of LLE and Self-Regulated LLE on two different data sets.

Information system.System S can be expressed in the form of data table called decision table.
The method includes Modeling data processing and network training of two parts: 3.1 Data Processing The study sample for a particular input data as a rough set decision table the condition attribute and the output data as a rough set of decision attributes.
Data processing as follows: 1).
Select the previous 500 training data for the network and then 500 data for testing.
Discrete input and output data constitute the variable precision rough set decision table.

The relational expression between equilibrium constant of Eq. 1 and
temperature could be get according to the related thermodynamic datas [5] including the standard
solution free energy change of each component in hot metal.
Owing to the lack of the datas concerning the mass transfer character of chrome molten slag, the datas from dynamic model of instant and persistent contact reactions established by Robertson were adopted, namely km=2.4×10-3 m·s-1~4.6×10-3 m·s-1 [6].
In the stage of final reduction, the chromium ore has dissolved into the slag entirely, the dissolution rate of chromium ore is zero and the reduction rate decreases gradually.

The system consisted of three subsystems: system basic services, data processing applications and the data display system.
Data is cached locally when the data channel is interrupted and resend afterwards.
Data Transfer -- Remote data transmission between field unit and central server is used "wired" and "wireless" ways。
Using intelligent data acquisition device for data acquisition, transmission and breakpoint resume protects the authenticity and traceability of sensitive data.
Conclusions Data acquisition smart device satisfies the requirements of accurate and reliable data transfer and storage.

The mesh of model and the location of data points A~H are shown in Figure 5.
By adopting FEM strength reduction dynamic analysis, mutation happens in the accumulated displacement after dynamic effects in data point A when the reduction coefficient is 1.17, as shown in Figure 6.
Fig. 6 Relationship curve between displacement and reduction coefficient of data points after dynamic effect When the reduction coefficient is 1.15, convergence of the displacement after dynamic effect appears in the calculation and the structure can still bear loads.
Fig.7 Time-history curve of horizontal displacement of each data point under different reduction coefficient When the reduction coefficient is 1.15, shear plastic zone transfixes.
Fig. 10 Time-history curve of acceleration of each data point Figure 10 is the time-history curve of acceleration of the data point on the top of each stage of reinforced earth-retaining wall, which shows the higher the data point, the larger the peak acceleration, the more obvious the magnifying effect is.

Abstract.
The DTA data for PPcFe showed exceptional thermal stability.
The polarisation curve of oxygen reduction on the FePPc/C catalyst in O2-saturated H2SO4 was compared to that obtained on PcFe, DPcFe and platinum catalysts.
The TGA data were obtained using STA-409, Netsch, under argon atmosphere with flow rate 30 mL/min, heating rate 10°Cmin-1and sample size 10mg. 2.3 Preparation of PPcFe/C, PcTcFe/C andDPcTcFe/C PPcFe, PcTcFe and DPcTcFe were adsorbed onto carbon black (XC-72R) according to the following procedure: 0.5g precursor was dispersed with 0.5 g of XC-72 in 40mL of DMSO.
The TG data for PPcFe shows exceptional thermal stability, which confirms that PPcFe/C is a stable catalyst.

The kinetics of reduction of tungsten oxide has also been proposed.
Steps are as follows: Step 1: Removal of ammonia and crystallised water Theoretical Data: 11.17 % loss in weight when heated above 4500C [24] Observation: When heated above 4500C, 11.5% loss in weight Step 2: Reduction of tungsten oxide WO3 + 3H2 W + 3H2O (7) Given: Weight of the sample taken = 2 gm 1.
Beyond 45 minutes, the increase of percentage reduction was higher and at 10000C, rapid increase in the reduction to 99.9% was observed.
For 0.1 lpm, the percentage reduction in 60 minutes was 63.88%, whereas for 0.3 lpm the percentage reduction of 100% was obtained in 60 minutes time.
