Accident Analysis
The faulty equipment involved in the accident is a horizontal cold-chamber die-casting machine, which is a second-hand machine without nameplate or description material.
The results of mechanical capacity testing upon the sample according to GB/T228-2002 “Metallic Materials – Tensile Testing At Ambient Temperature” show that mechanical capacity ReL and Rm of the accumulator shell meets requirements in GB/T20663-2006 “Bladder Type Accumulators”, but break elongation fails to meet requirements in GB/T20663-2006 “Bladder Type Accumulators”.

A numerical simulation yields a correct and meaningful result when it implements the accurate theoretical prediction for the material properties in EM simulation.
Graphene is the strongest and lightest material ever discovered.

The method of jacking pressure in digging special shaving is adopted to simulate the excavation surface soil movement, pressure grouting method to simulate the tail shield grouting process, grouting replacement layer and lining material parameters to simulate tail shield grouting and lining support .
