Behaviors of fracture and deformation in a Zr-Al-Ni-Cu bulk metallic glass(BMG) was
investigated by using three-point bending tests.
Experimental Procedure Specimens were prepared from a Zr-10at%Al-5at%Ni-30at%Cu metallic glass alloy.
Conclusions Behaviors of fracture and deformation in a Zr-Al-Ni-Cu bulk metallic glass(BMG) were investigated by using three-point bending tests.

A Mg–Al layered-double hydroxide (LDH) intercalated by sulphonato-salhen-chromium (III) complex was prepared and then used to the selective oxidation of benzyl alcohol by 30% H2O2. without any organic solvent, phase transfer catalyst or additive.
The contents of carbon, nitrogen and sulfur of all the samples were determined using a Vario EL analyzer.
This indicated that the significantly increased basal spacing in comparison with that of LDH, which strongly suggested the chromium complex was successfully intercalated into the Mg–Al LDH interlayer [12].

The right part of the area was occupied by Cu[Al] solid solution.
TiC laminae were located between Ag and Cu[Al] solid solution.
During the brazing process, due to the intense affinity from Cu, Al and Ti diffused out from Ti2AlC and dissolved into the Cu.
Some of the Ti2AlC were not totally decomposed to TiC and Al, they were transformed into Ti3AlC2 due to partial loss of Al and Ti.
