With the rapid economic growth of lake basin, people chased the abundance of material life crazily, and large quantity of “three wastes” (waste gas, waste water and waste residues) were discharged into the air, water and soil, etc, which posed a great threat to the heath of lake basin.

These studies have shown that the superposition of mode III loading results in a drastic reduction in the fracture toughness in some materials, whereas it has little effect or even results in an increase in fracture toughness in other materials.

Three, the development of science and technology.
Science and technology is the first productivity, it brings to human society changes.
The construction of human settlements cannot leave the reasonable use of science and technology.
For the local materials, general technology and some traditional things, realizing its potential value from the deep level, experiencing and practicing, so as to make it more fine and delicate, in order to create high quality, high-quality living environment, giving people the more spirit enjoy.
