The powder material used in the flame spray is an advanced ceramic.
The advanced ceramic developed by the researchers has the properties of high heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and suitable dielectric constant, namely Yttria-stabilized Zirconia (YSZ).
YSZ is an advanced ceramic containing 7-8% wt yttrium oxide; YSZ shows good temperature resistance up to 1200oC[7].
Experimental Coating Preparation The YSZ powder (Inframat Advanced Material, USA) used contained 8% Y2O3, which was used as TC and YSZ/Al2O3 composite material with a particle size of 70.4 µm.

Abstract.In after-sales services of Heavy-duty automobile industry, a major problem is analyzed, and the after services collaborated management integrated platform based on ASP mode is put forward.
The Function Modes Design of After Services Platform To meet the different needs of many corporation in product chain, the unified systemic display interface, the standard business applications systemic processes, the standard business documents formats, the integrated services cluster market resources and logistics information resources, the User-definable market organization system, the standardization configured business flow and data flow, the inventory management system of grid layout, the security authentication business documents interactive systems, the integration technical resources(technical information, technical forum), the information dissemination resources and EDI interface servicing for international procurement standards must be needed to have by the building of collaborative platform.
(6) Various queries function: could inquire the approval status of maintenance costs settlement; could inquire the status of spare parts procurement application, whether approved or dispatched; could inquire advance payment; inquire enterprises that supply spare parts and parts inventory of wholesale center.
