Introduction
The residual stress problem of metal materials presents in almost all aspects of social life and industrial production.
The theory of using indentation test to determine the mechanical properties of materials was then gradually improved.
The research and development of thin film materials is the most remarkable, which has high contribution to the industry production.

Materials composed of the tested specimens included Portland cement P.O42.5, river sand with a fineness modulus of 2.5 as the fine aggregate, coarse aggregate(density:2715 kg/m3) with a 20 mm maximum in size, superplasticizer based on naphthalene sulfonates complying with BS5075 part3:1985.

In addition, with the development of mushroom industry and rising price of traditional raw-materials, it is very necessary to find the substitute raw material to reduce production cost of mushroom cultivation.
Materials and Methods The tested strains "Chuanjin NO.3": Flammulina velutips, from Soil and Fertilizer Institute in Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
The tested materials In order to explore the the feasibility of oil residue used in mushroom cultivation and the appropriate proportion adding in culture medium,the test of different raw material ratios was arranged.
The raw materials contain oil residue, cottonseed hull, Coarse wood chips, wheat bran, lime, the oil residue was supplied by Gaoda oil and grease plant in Sichuan Province, the other materials were from the Soil and Fertilizer Institute in Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences .
