In the field of designing architectur, designers used to design the building models and render the building effects with 3DMAX. 3DMAX and the other on-professionals terrain modeling softwares all need the contour lines to make the 3D terrain, but the resulting accuracy of generating 3D terrain is not high, which is difficult to achieve the requirements of designers, do bad affect the design of building model and the rendering of the buildings.
At present, the accuracy of 3D terrain model made by professional GIS modeling software (such as MapGIS, ArcGIS, GlobalMapper, etc.) can reach the designers’ requirements, but these models still cannot be fully compatible with 3DMAX and the other design software.
By using the professional ArcGIS software, this paper creates 3D terrain model, and the process of the modeling shown in 3DMAX.
For the surface of water is so large and there are a lot of vegetation and other unfavorable factors in the process of sampling the area points, a large scale of elevation points anomalies will be inevitably revealed in the process of automatic extraction data.

Near the water "line", water full enriching, ice crystal or ice layer forms.
When provided protection, the water content in the upper layer has a small amount of increases, but the deeper the water content can be effectively reduced by means of drainage facilities.
For the embankment, although there is no in- layer water problems, but note the impact of water seepage between the roadbed shoulder seams, timely seal the seepage seams or cracks, and exclude water out of the embankment toe through Water bar.

It is established that with decreasing of salt content in water solution and with increasing of temperature, the percentage of water absorption is increasing.
After at least 6 hours, the samples were vulcanized in a hydraulic press according to the optimal mode detected by the MDR 3000 Professional rheometer.
The samples were exposed at a temperature of 67 °C in 10% aqueous solution of sodium chloride and in water taken from the city water supply network.

In the development of modern logistics, ports which are the hub of land and water transportation of goods, have been playing a more and more significant role in international trade and logistics.
Port of our country enters the third-generation initial stage of development, in which the container transport becomes the major transport method [7], container, dry bulk and liquid bulk transport ships become larger, and deep-water berth develops in the professional direction.
But there are fewer other specialty large deep-water berths, with low transit and storage capacity.
Port Logistics Professionals Shortage of Talent.
Port logistics specific talents are insufficient; the shortage of interdisciplinary talents that have a good knowledge in both administration and engineering is universal, which have led to the limitation at the mode of professional logistics services and the low level of operation and management of the harbor.

Individual is divided to three second grade indexes, which are responsibility, experience and professional skills.
The paper has selected ten experts of hydrology, hydraulic structure, geotechnical structure and management specialty from university, scientific research institution and water control department to value the importance of index.
Some experts from water control department experienced the importance of management and system profoundly, so they think the management and system are more important.

In the construction of heating project and water drainage system, it is necessary to consider the pressure from the increasing height of buildings, so as to ensure the voltage endurance capability of pipelines and furnace.
Considering the addition of elevator, water supply and fire power electricity, high requirements are proposed for the regional power distribution, main wire, and branch wire.
To control the safety of the site operation environment, professionals are necessarily arranged for implementing the management of the completed parts and improving the safety coefficient of building construction locally.
Training program of professional Preventing diseases Structural disease is the most common during the construction of a building project, but also the most destructive for the use function of buildings.
