The inherent reliability is the reliability of the manufacturer of the product design must be established, that in accordance with the planning of the reliability, from the selection of raw materials and parts, design, manufacturing, testing, until the various stages of the product produced by the established reliability.
Durability Sufficient durability of the structure in a predetermined working environment within a predetermined time period, the deterioration of the material properties will not cause the structure unacceptable failure probability.
Without uncertainties include probabilistic uncertainty analysis probabilistic model of uncertainty, the uncertainty of the physical and mechanical model, the cross-section resistance of the basic assumptions of the formula and calculation model inaccuracies and human neglect and material properties, geometric parameters error.

Grind-hardening is a new technology to utilize transient thermo-mechanical loading induced during
grinding to purposely generate a hardened layer while simultaneously removing excess
materials[1-2].

Abstract: The effect of reduction on the microstructure refinement and mechanical properties of the as-hot rolled dual-phase Nb-bearing steel were studied at laboratory.
DP meets the needs of light weight of automobile materials,high properties,security,environment protection,energy conservation. [5-7] In this paper, the effect of hot rolling processing parameter on microstructure and properties of automotive sheet are studied in order to provide definite theory foundation for guide to the industrialization production.
