To further understand the way companies in Thailand implement Lean manufacturing to improve their quality performance, a research observing and gathering data from expert opinions was conducted.
Production Planning and Control Small lot production(5), Storage space reduction(6), Use of Electronic Data Interchange with suppliers (EDI)(4), Kanban system(6), Pull production(6), Mixed model manufacturing/scheduling(8), Synchronize system(1).
Lean manufacturing tools and techniques that useful for the production planning and control department, can be classified into six main areas: mixed model manufacturing/scheduling, storage space reduction, the Kanban system, pull production, small lot production, and use of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) with suppliers.
To complete the investigation of Lean implementation in Thailand, it is necessary to collect the data regarding the Lean implementation of suppliers as well as investigates the linkage between supplier and producer.
Toyota has ability to control and interchange data which are the important key for implementation of Lean concept.

For each additional 0.01wt% V, the tensile strength is increased about 20 Mpa and the percentage of area reduction decreased about 1.5 %.
Fig.3 (b) shows that the tensile strength is increased rapidly, from 844 Mpa to 900 Mpa, increased by 6.6 %, as N content is increased by 30 ppm, while the percentage of area reduction decreased from 17.6 % to 15.8 % and the reduction is not obvious.
Each additional 10ppm N makes the tensile strength increase about 19 Mpa and the percentage of area reduction change only by 0.6 %.

In order to ensure the least possible to change data of the color lookup table in the process of ICC profiles, different systems should choose their default Gamma value.
Then, Eye-One Pro spectrophotometer to measure the 294 color block on the monitor, get the CIELAB color data.
Printing the color code file by C6501 digital press, and using X-Rite Eye-One Pro spectrophotometer to measure the 294 color block on display, obtained the corresponding CIELAB color data.
Comparing the proof color data and the display color data one by one, concluding the color aberration data.
Generally, the printing color tolerance for deltaE is less than or equal to 5, therefore, from the objective data, the color aberration between display color and actual proof color is acceptable.

Data collection instrument is INV306 intelligent data acquisition and signal analysis system developed by vibration and noise, Oriental Institute of Technology.
Comparing the acceleration time-history curve of the soil bin testing model and SAP2000 analysis model, reduction coefficient of the acceleration can be calculated, and the concrete results can be seen in Table 5.The stiffness of the model simulated in the SAP2000 can also be calculated through analysis which is shown in Table 6.
The acceleration of the fourth layer of the test model is identical to the acceleration of SAP2000 model, take the average acceleration reduction coefficient of the fourth layer and top layer as the integral structure reduction coefficient for acceleration λ.
The acceleration reduction coefficient of the integral structure under different conditions is shown in Table 5.

DCT domain reduced image construction and SIFT feature extraction DCT transformation is an important mathematical basis of data compression standards such as JPEG, MPEG.
In the image matching experiment, experimental data come from the Mikolajczyk [3] data set, while in the image retrieval experiment, we used UCID data set.
Select eight images from each of the two data sets above, test the DCT-space fitting degree on the total 16 images, and calculate their efficiency upgrade degree.

Numerical Study As one of the most important input data for the analysis of distributed energy system, the technical information for both electricity and heat generation are assumed according to the investigation on previous studies, and is shown in Table 1 [4-5].
The emissions reduction cost increases from 2.3 Yen/kg-CO2 to 5.8 Yen/kg-CO2, when the CO2 emissions are reduced to half of current value.
On the other hand, from the viewpoint of reduction cost, unless the CO2 emissions are reduced to less than about 35% of current value, the system has a negative reduction cost.
However, as the total emissions are reduced by a half, the reduction cost increases to as high as 8 Yen/kg-CO2.
In addition, natural gas shares a small part of the total energy consumption as the reduction ratio is over 30%.

So, the equation of knifing and stretching stage is: Where y is the instantaneous speed ratio, x1 is forming angle, x3 is diameter of workpiece, x4 is void x5 is reduction andεis constant.
The standardized regression coefficient of Forming angle, diameter of workpiece, void and reduction is -0.013, -0.877, -0.300, 0.267.
This shows that the diameter of workpiece significantly affect the instantaneous speed ratio, followed by the void and reduction.
