Meanwhile, ions from the chip, such as Ti, Al, Mo, V atoms, also diffused to the tool matrix, and then reacted vigorously with C atom and generated some carbide materials, such as TiC, MoC.
With the coating spalling, the bond atom (Co) in the tool matrix diffused to the chip faster and faster, then it was prone to generate the BUE and carbide materials on the cutting edge.
When these BUES or carbide materials break away from the cutting edge, they would scrape the flank face.

Synthesis and Characterization of BaTiO3-(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3 Solid Solution Based Dielectric Ceramics Guofeng Yaoa, Xiaohui Wangb and Longtu Lic State Key Laboratory of New Ceramics and Fine Processing, Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Tsinghua University, Beijing 100084, China atgf03@mails.tsinghua.edu.cn, bwxh@tsinghua.edu.cn Keywords: BaTiO3-(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3; high Curie temperature; dielectric materials; X9R.
One of the main constituents of ceramic materials used for high-permittivity capacitors is BaTiO3 (BT).
The raw materials were mixed by ball milling in ethanol and then dried.
Further investigation is needed to develop dielectric materials for X9R MLCC application.

However, USW is usually employed to weld polymers which limited in homogeneous materials conventionally.
The welds between dissimilar materials are demanded increasingly.
For USW, the high ultrasonic energy can break the confinement among the molecule chains after the materials are melting.
For our method, diffusion time is not the coefficient only determined by the materials.

Introduction Polymer is a class of materials that is made up of a large number of molecules, which is formed from the repetition of small and simple chemical units called monomer linked together by covalent bonds.
Such materials have attracted the attention of researchers for decades due to their unusual physical properties and the possibility of a number of applications such as in batteries, fuel cells, supercapacitors, sensors, electrochromic displays and solar cells.
