The finite difference code (UDEC) was employed as the analytical method in this paper and coulomb slip model was utilized to describe the properties of fault provided by UDEC.
Open-pit slope instability factors and possible failure modes were analyzed, besides corresponding numerical simulation was carried out applying FLAC and UDEC (Douglas Stead et.al, 1997).
The mechanical properties of rock mass and fault used in the present investigation are list in table 1.
In this case, the main factor that affects the stability of open-pit slope is d.
Fault parameters affect the plastic distribution of open-pit slope, thereby affecting the possible failure mode.

It is well known that such microstructural parameters as the density of BAp (bone mineral density; BMD), collagen cross-linkage, BAp crystallinity, and the texture of collagen/BAp affect the material property of bone tissue [1].
In addition, we also aimed to analyze the controlling factors for the material parameter by densitometric and crystallographic measurements of the regenerated bone tissue.
Controlling factors for material parameter The material parameter cannot recover even at 12 weeks after the operation, as shown in Fig. 3(b).
To find factors controlling the ultimate stress as the material parameter, the preferred orientation of BAp crystallite is focused on because of its anisotropic mechanical property of BAp [2,3].
To identify a dominant controlling factor which contributes to the ultimate stress as the material property, multiple linear regression analysis was done.

These factors made the effect of suppression dominant.
There were many factors that affected the machining results as the earlier analysis.
They could be attributed to three categories, abrasive characteristics, fluid properties and machining material properties.
The factors mentioned above were not isolated and influenced each other.
The precondition of the achievement was the establishment of theoretical model of chemical corrosion rate and mechanical action model under the influence of many major factors.

Introduction Since the discovery of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in 1991 [1], they have been viewed as a promising reinforced phase in composites attributed to their attractive properties.
How can CNTs be integrated into composite materials without losing their unique properties?
Since understanding CNTs evolution in the composites processing steps would give valuable information about the selection of proper methods to obtain the expected composite properties.
Possible impacting factors were discussed.
Here, two factors are suggested: (i) constraint from the consolidation, and (ii) shrinkage from thermal mismatch.

Revolving Jet Nozzle Design on Eliminate Surface Soil of Shallow Submersion Dong Su Zhang a, Gan Lin Cheng b and Zhao Long Liu c School of Mechanical Engineering, Anhui University of Science and Technology Huainan, China adszhang@aust.edu.cn, bganlincheng87@163.com,cliuzhaolong198812@163.com Keywords: Revolving jet, Shallow submersion, Mine, Nozzle Abstract.
Based on the revolving water jet flow theory and soil mechanics theory, by means of the action of the jet flow to the soil body surface and the mechanism of the revolving jet flow breaking ground analysis, and the thoughts of which the action pressure of jetting is basic external factor of the soil body destruction, but the soil body critical destructive power to soil body is determined by its internal factors that physical and mechanical properties of the soil, only then, when the jet flow action is greater than the soil body the critical destructive power, the soil body only then possibly has the destruction.
In addition to the rotating jet in the axial, radial velocity component, the rotation speed (tangential velocity) radial and axial pressure gradient will affect the entire flow field.
The shape of the pattern spray nozzle is relatively simple, the inside flow passage of the nozzle is different from the contraction section, is the arc shape, three-dimensional shape as shown in Fig. 5 as shown: The design of plus revolving components Primary role of plus revolving components is forced the jet through the straight pipe to form a spiral flow after accessing the spiral flow channel, the flow channel shape of plus revolving components will affect the spin degrees of rotating jet and the volume absorption capacity, etc. and the screw channel shape is determined by its head number ( spiral channel number)and the pitch .

However, to obtain engineered surface texture with a prescribed shape, size, orientation, and distribution to investigate how forms and shapes of surface texturing affect the tribological properties on interacting surfaces, the machining conditions still need to be optimized.
To investigate how forms and shapes of surface texturing affect the tribological properties on interacting surfaces and then obtain the optimized surface topography with a desired performance, it is essential to obtain various engineered surface texture with a prescribed shape, size, orientation, and distribution.
Besides, the metal structures so generated cannot offer sufficient bonding strength to substrate, which will influence the mechanical properties of the surface textured substrate.
To evaluate the sliding properties of water droplets on surface, both the advancing (θA) and receding (θR) contact angles should be considered.
In this paper, the influence of various factors on etched results quality was investigated experimentally and the etching conditions were obtained.
