Abstract. In present study, ANSYS finite element method was utilized to analyze the modal of simply supported beam and then the study on damage identification was performed based on modal strain energy method.
Modal strain energy is a good way and a function of the stiffness and vibration mode.when the damage of certain parts of the structure occurs, it will cause changes in the mechanical properties of materials, showing the loss of local stiffness of the structure , so the damaged area of the modal strain energy will change [4].

With multiple sensor network real-time monitoring debris flow, it can not only provide high precision analysis of data, still can save a lot of human resources and material resources.
The dielectric constant measurement of soil water at present includes Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) and Frequency Domain Reflectometry (FDR).The soil is the dielectric between polar and ionic dielectric, Physical model of the dielectric material is usually equivalent to the RC parallel circuit[4].
