Introduction The resistance welding of strengthened laminated thermoplastics (LTR) is a good solution for the joining of this kind of materials [1].
Special care must be taken when working with thermoplastic reinforced because the heating agent must be compatible with the matrix, due to high mechanical requirements of these materials.

The synthesis of hexafluoropropylene oxide in fixed-bed reactor using HFP as raw materials and molecular oxygen as oxidant is studied in the present paper.
Introduction HFPO is an important perfluorinated oxygen compound; it has become the intermediate product of many important organic fluorine materials of functionality because of the unique chemical activity of its three-ring structure [1,6].
Reference [5] presents the influence of different materials of the reactor on the reaction.

A elliptic air hole and its inscribed circular high refractive material form the core of PCFs together.
PCFs are single-material fibers with an arrangement of airholes running along the full length of the fiber, and they provide confinement and guidance of light in a defect region.
In the core part, one air hole is replaced by a combination of one elliptic air hole and its inscribed circle solid material with high index.

The development of advanced materials with superior mechanical properties and iron-based components being replaced by new materials has made the use of superhard tools an absolute necessity.
Gorczyca [2], diamond tool are most suited to machine nonferrous metals and also nonmetallic materials such as ceramics, carbon and fiberglass composites.

Shot peening is a method widely used to improve the fatigue strength of materials, through the creation of a compressive residual stress field (CRSF) in their surface layers.
However, the increase in surface roughness due to shot peening is inversely proportional to material’s hardness.

The present paper summarises the findings collected over several years of study of materials structure and surface properties.
The larger the resulting track (deeper, wider), the poorer is the material’s resistance to friction loads.
