In the framework of research project [4] was i.a. also solved problem of intersection with cranked priority in the term of safety and continuousness of road traffic.
Apart from observing Delay times only it is also advantageous to complete further monitoring of given intersection from the terms of safety.
For that purposes the methodology of video analysis of conflict situations can be used, which was described in many technical journals (e.g. [3] or [7]).

As the understanding of the theory of system safety and safety culture and states parties actively response to the construction of safety management system (SMS) proposed by the international civil aviation organization (ICAO), air traffic safety management in our country has gradually developed into safety system engineering.

Traffic survey showed that, in the human - vehicle - environment system, about 90% of traffic accidents related to the driver errors[1].That means human reliability worst according to the people, vehicle, environment three factors. Therefore, the recearch of the driver traffic safety behavior is great significance.
This article brings the interval-valued fuzzy evaluation model in the evaluation fields of driver traffic safety behavior.
Conclusion Interval-valued fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to judge the field of driver traffic safety behavior.

Traffic virtual reality based on perception meteorology
Meteorology elements are closely related to traffic safety.
While making the forecasting simulation model, we can collect the decision support views of experts, and establish the corresponding decision support system of the traffic safety management.
For the serious traffic accident, safety measures should be taken such: close this section (one-way) or close the corresponding on-ramp.
