Abstract: On the basis of analyzing the process of supporting bar forging conform, the 3D solid geometries modeling of billet and die were constructed by SOLIDWORKS software, the distributions of die stress and contact stress on the process of supporting bar forging conform were analyzed by using DEFORM-3D program.
The rising temperature will not only reduce the rigidity of materials and also make these parts easier to abrade due to the effect of cyclic stress.

Introduction
Corrosion is defined as the destruction (or deterioration) of materials due to chemical (or electrochemical) reaction with the environment and also the loss of steel due to the formation of rust[1-3].
Pozzolans are materials, which, though not cementitious in themselves, contain certain constituents, which at ordinary temperatures in the presence of water, will combine with lime to form stable insoluble compounds with cementitious properties[9].
Materials and methodology For this work Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) 43 grade confirming to IS 8112 – 1989 Class C Fly ash were used.

However, USW is usually employed to weld polymers which limited in homogeneous materials conventionally.
The welds between dissimilar materials are demanded increasingly.
For USW, the high ultrasonic energy can break the confinement among the molecule chains after the materials are melting.
For our method, diffusion time is not the coefficient only determined by the materials.

Teaching Materials are Out of Date and Lack of Combination With Modern Professional Practice.
Teaching materials that are able to find are short of specialization and versatility.
Teaching materials do not include actual specialized knowledge.
Chosen teaching materials and teaching material contents should have the characteristics of repletion, novelty and times and continue to update with the development of the society.
Capacity and conditions of the schools can write their own specialized foreign language teaching materials.

However, it is necessary to simplify the physical model due to the following reasons: First, gypsum is commonly used as a simulating material, it is difficult to accommodate the density proportional compatibility of materials; Second, it is not easy to simulate the temperature field in such a way that to be analogous to the real environment.
Parameters Parameters for dam and foundation materials: Dam concrete: Elastic modulus E=2.0 GPa; Poisson ratio n=0.167; density r=2400 kg/m3 To simplify the procedure of computation but not impact on the significance of the study result, see the dam foundation is homogeneous.
