Bionic Design Example of Mini Hair Dryer
Analysis of Existing Products and Design Trend .Hair dryer is a kind of haircut tools, its early design is with simple appearance and single material, and not colorful.
Colours for household and tourism use is more soft and bright, while for professional use is metallic; Material is mainly used metal or plastic, metal mold is strong and durable, can withstand high temperatures, plastic type is light-weighted, but easy to aging, and the resistance to high temperature is poorer.

Choose the eddy current transducer as detection device (the material of workpieces are commonly metal or metal alloy) which can detect the frame of the workpieces non-contact and continuously.
Fig. 3 The structure of the system Sensor design Typically, eddy current sensor is by measuring the voltage reflected impedance of the coil to describe the displacement, but some cases, such as the measurement of different materials, the voltage (impedance Z) would not change monotonously which may affect the sensor Measuring range and even the accuracy of the results.

These materials in the Nano size can act as substitute to noble and costlier metals in terms of imparting abundance, cost effectiveness, and stability.
Modification of these properties of semiconductor materials depends upon the size, shape, morphology and dimensions of material.
