In contrast to homogenous materials such as metals, composites are a synergetic combination of more than one engineered material that differs in composition, and form, have two or more distinct phases with a noticeable interface between them and have properties even beyond the limit of those of the constituents [1] [2].
Hybrid polymeric composites are newer and more advanced than conventional fibers reinforced polymer composites.

The research provides a valuable contribution to the development of advanced aluminium-based materials for applications where corrosion resistance is critical.
However, future work should consider optimizing cold working parameters, evaluating long-term immersion behaviour, and employing advanced characterization techniques such as XPS or TEM to fully elucidate the mechanisms of oxide film formation and stability.
Moreover, advanced characterization tools such as X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), and X-ray Diffraction (XRD) should be employed in future work to analyze the structure, composition, and crystallinity of the passive films formed on the composite surfaces.

Introduction Efficient thermal management continues to be a critical challenge in a wide range of engineering applications, including electronic cooling systems, automotive engines, and energy systems.
Numerical Simulation Using Nastran /Patran NASTRAN is a high-performance finite element solver widely used for advanced structural, thermal, and dynamic analyses, while PATRAN provides a powerful and intuitive graphical interface for model construction, parameter definition, and results visualization.
Moreover, the combined NASTRAN–PATRAN workflow offers engineers deeper insight into complex physical behaviors and system-level interactions, ultimately supporting the design of safer, more reliable, and higher-performance products.

Since the first report about the addition of rare earth element Er improving the anti-corrosion of Al-Mg alloys by Rosalbino F [4] in 2003, many experts have been tried to do a lot of advanced researches on phase transformation mechanism of Al alloy with minor Er.

Teaching methods, assessment methods single.Currently the Teaching of English vocabulary commonly used to explain, reading professional literature, translation patterns, some teachers even professional English lesson positioned "Advanced English reading," although this mode of teaching can improve students' reading professional literature to some extent professional competence and mastery of vocabulary, but ignored the students' practical ability to use English training, and cannot mobilize students to participate in classroom enthusiasm and initiative, thus reducing the effects of teaching.For the assessment of the way the course is more simple, more than a simple written test, written mostly content to include only words and sentences (or paragraphs) of Translation, lack of listening, speaking, writing and other practical application of English proficiency assessment [3].
Browse existing "Materials Science and Engineering English" shows that the majority of the content is "Introduction to Materials Science" or "Fundamentals of Materials Science" in English translation, can be said to disguise course books.
Materials selection can not both versatility and professionalism.Many specialized polymer materials in English textbooks, but with less specialized polymer materials related to the textile and engineering, so the choice of professional and highly versatile materials more difficult [4].
