Introduction
Pulsed electric current technology refers to a method that applies electric field during the solidification process of molten metal to control the solidification microstructure and property of material.
Viewing from the existing literatures [1]-[4], with the join of the pulsed electric current, it can significantly refine the grain structure and improve the macroscopic property of materials.

Abstract. anatase crystalline TiO2 aeroge and TiO2 aerogel doped with Fe3+ were prepared at low temperature (60℃) using ionic liquid(IL) assisted sol-gel method.
