In stage 3, the majority of material flow vertically while minority of material at the torx head corner behave side and up flow phenomena, as shown in Fig. 4 (a).
The hardness test of three conditions including the initial material, the material after 500℃ heating and material of extrusion-forging process were carried out and shown in Fig. 11.
The hardness of material after extrusion-forging process is lower than that of initial material.
