Introduction With the development of technology and filtration materials, the filtration technology has a great improvement.
Joubert [4]etc studied filtration pressure drop through wet filter layer of The high efficiency air particle filter; Hai-ming Fu [1] have taken orthogonal experiment and regression analysis on the pressure drop of fixed bed particle filter; Fang Xu [5] analysised the existing experience and half experience formula and revised them, then got filtering pressure drop theory calculation formula with good robust; Chang-yong Yan [6] showed the experiment showed the trend of the influence of the filter material to the filtration pressure drop by taken an experiment; Xiao-yan Gao [7] studied the pressure , velocity, and particle distribution of gas through Electrostatic fabric fiber by CFD simulation.

The method of duplicating internal cavity is copying the internal shape with silicon rubber and other elastic material characterized low melting and rapidly solidified, which be injected in the valve body and taken out Fig. 1 The valve body with internal cavity after solidification easily, the external surface of the entity is regarded as the internal cavity so that it can be measured expediently and easily.
A technical trick can be used in this process because of the softer silicon rubber, a clava is inserted in internal cavity filled with liquid silicon rubber, it can not only reduce the material consumption, but also decrease deformation of silicon rubber entity.
The next step is cutting out the material entity of the internal cavity based on the solid model created above according to the curves of the internal surface, which is also imported in the CAD software.
