Introduction
Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) is an electrical-thermal material removal process, the machinability of the electrical conductive materials in EDM process mainly depends on the thermal characteristics such as the melting temperature and boiling temperature, regardless of the hardness.

For material nonlinear analysis, we can get the parameters C01=0.8 and C10=3.2 by the uniaxial tensile experiment as shown in Table 1 and the material is isotropic.
