Introduction Materials of local source release energy produced transient elastic wave phenomenon called acoustic emission (Acoustic emission, AE), instrument detection, recording and analysis of AE signal and the AE signal to deduce AE source technology called acoustic emission detection technology[1].Typical parts rolling bearings for rotating machinery, acoustic emission signal is generally non-stationary, non-linear characteristics, and signal acquisition environment, site collection of early fault of the acoustic emission signal in strong noise interference.

The materials used for the outsole protoype were polymer matrix of high density polyethylene (HDPE) and ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) at ratio of 70:30 by wt% was added by 3 wt% of CNT nanofiller.
The physical crosslinking technique of electron beam (EB) radiation is introduced as well to HDPE/EPR-CNT nanocomposite purposely to change the molecular structure, thus enhances the mechanical properties of materials [5-6].
Such defects are sometimes unavoidable because they formed during materials processing in which for this case, the voids are formed during compression moulding of the nanocomposite.

Nickel based super alloys are promising materials for high temperature structural applications because of their low density.
In fact, hetero-epitaxial growth is the key technology that enables material science engineering, which is the ability to tailor properties of material.

The effect of segregation defect of SiC particles on the properties of materials was studied. 15% SiCp/2009Al composites were prepared by powder metallurgy (PM).
It is necessary to perform non-destructive testing on the tested materials.
This technology is based on elastic waves propagating in solid materials and reflecting on internal defects or damages (material separation, inclusion, etc.), causing changes in ultrasonic propagation speed and energy [10].
However, there are few reports on ultrasonic testing, and most of them focus on steel and resin-based materials.
