It was found that the combination force between the substrate and coating was very good, the corrosion-resistance and abrasion-resistance of coating were much better than that of Ni-P alloy according to the examination, the Ni-Co-P alloy coating with special character which were good magnetic properties and finery in ornamentally also. 1 Introduction With the rapid development of science-technology and the increasing demand, plating technology is becoming one of the methods for the material surface treatments and functionality modification.
The Ni-Co-P alloy coating by electroplating was much better than that of Ni-P alloy, and with excellent applying value, it has wide application as surface protecting and magnetic materials.
