The problem of escape from a locally stable attractor is ubiquitous in the natural sciences, and arises most notably in many nonlinear systems.
The parameter is the restitution factor and is usally associated with the material of rigid barrier.

The situation of a variety of particle size
vibrating at the same time is so complex that current study are basically under the conditions of the
uniform particle size of materials.
