It is believed that various exchange interactions, structural distortions, cationic disorders and grain boundary effects are primary ingredients for the induction of rich phenomenology in these materials [10, 11].
High pure (99.99%) La(NO3)3, Sr(NO3)2, Mn(CH3COO)2, and Ag2O were taken as a starting material.

Experiment Materials.The primary raw materials of the experiment were low rank fly ash, limestone, soda, dispersing agent systhesized in the laboratory and CO2.
The results of the orthogonal tests show that the calcination temperature and the ration of CaO/SiO2 are the main factors influencing the self-pulverization of sintered materials. the sintered materials, with the ratio of CaO/SiO2 as 2.5, was calcinated at 1260℃ for 1h, then cooled to 600℃ for 1h, finally can be self-pulverized completely.

Introduction Copper had excellent thermal conductivity, usually as heat exchanger materials, but the copper surface was not hydrophilic, and impacted heat transfer, it was necessary to hydrophilic treatment of the copper; at the same time, the corrosion of the copper surface can not be ignored.
In this paper, with silica sol and acrylic material, we had developed a effective method to improve the hydrophilic and corrosion resistance surface of the copper heat exchanger.
