Study Area Description
The Tao River Basin is located in the south bank of Yangtze River, and belongs to Poyang Lake Basin river system, approximately between 24°28′-25°53′N and 114°11′-115°19′E (Fig.1).

One of the most essential requirements for advanced thermal barrier coating (TBC) of gas-turbine engines is phase stability of materials at extremely high operation temperature (~1300 C), another is the fabrication technology of TBCs.
These optimized spray conditions had good deposition efficiency and were adopted as optimum standards for spraying with the respective spray torches and materials.
