Cold rolls are typical difficult-to-machine materials because of their hardness.
Experiments Procedures Machining material.
This is mainly because at high speed wear tracks fall off with the cutting materials, therefore no abrasive wear can been seen.

Key words: calcium hexaboride, synthesis, particle size
Abstract: Based on the CaCO3-B4C-C system to prepare calcium hexaboride (CaB6) powder, the
influence of B4C size on the CaB6 powder was investigated in this paper, in which micro-sized B4C
in various size and nano-sized CaCO3 were as main raw materials.
The characteristics of raw materials were list in Tab.1, in which various B4C were used.
After mingling the raw materials for 1 hour, the powders were put into a high pure graphite crucible to react in a vacuum furnace.

Abstract.
The existing density-pressure laws for a powder undergoing die compaction fit experimental data very well except for the low-pressure end of curves for some materials (SiC, Al2O3).
K is a material constant quantifying the ability of compact to deform.

The results
confirmed that CHA are potential bone-grafting materials and also showed that CFA, compared to
CHA or HAP materials, accelerate bone formation.
The implanted materials were covered with biodegradable membranes to prevent material loss during the experiment.
However, these materials differed in extent of resorption with CHA being the fastest and HAP the slowest.
These results confirmed that carbonate-containing apatites are potential bone-grafting materials.
The results also showed that CFA, compared to CHA or HAP materials, accelerate bone formation attributed to the F content.
