Introduction Magnesium alloys have been considered as one of most potential advanced structural materials because of its low density(1/3 lower than aluminum),high specific strength and specific stiffness[1].So magnesium alloys have wide application in airplane and automobile industries[1-3].However, magnesium alloys have poor formability because of its hcp structure.
Magnesium alloys are more and more widely used as structural materials since l990s.At present Mg-Al series alloys are widely used.

Introduction UV irradiation crosslinked polyethylene is the latest technology in high polymer material technosphere.
These literatures mainly carried on several of researches from the polymer materials science. 2012, Yiping Lu, etc. carried on some researches for the flow and heat transfer phenomena in the UV irradiation equipment[4,5], but the field operation showed, there still existed some problems as follow: some white volatile matter produced and then condensed on the reflector; reflector close to the wind catcher deformed and some sediments appeared at the bottom of reflector, it means the melting polyethylene was overheating and dripped on the reflector; the temperature of mercury lamp exceeded the preset temperature.

FTIR Spectroscopic Analysis: FTIR spectroscopy was used as an effecitve analytical tool to qualitatively determine the chemical changes of materials.

Experimental Materials.
Firstly, the liquid materials (MDI-L and MHHPA) were poured into a dissolver, the solid materials (PVC paste resin, AC and AIBN) were crushed by a grinder crusher, then the mixed powder was poured into the above liquid.
These peaks can’t be found in foam’s FTIR, which indicate that these materials have been reacted in boiling foam process.
