Mechanical Properties of Polyurethane Foam Nowadays, polyurethane foam is used as filling material of car seat, their production is relatively fast and accurate.
Polyurethane foam is characterized by visco elastic properties combining the properties of solid and liquid.
Elastic properties predominate in short-term loading.
The results of numerical simulations lead to design of whole composite car seat cushion with specific mechanical properties.
Mechanical properties measurement and comparison of polyurethane foam substitute.

The study shows that the initial conditions, temperature changes during thermal forming and phase deformation are the main factors affecting rebound.
Its initial strength is 500~600Mpa, and it also possesses a variety of properties including high strength, good strain hardening capacity, strong uniform deformation and good fatigue properties[1].
At the same time, influences of several factors including steel board thickness on high strength sheet forming property are discussed.
If soaking time is too long, austenite grains inside the sheet will grow continually, then forming properties of sheet and mechanical properties of forming parts will be decreased significantly; If soaking time is too short, austenite grains inside the sheet will be non-uniform, so as to the parts deformation of sheets in the process of forming.
At the same time, influences of several factors including steel board thickness on high strength sheet forming property are discussed.

EVA has the amorphous structure, which generally reduces the mechanical properties of LDPE after blending with the LDPE resin but, in this paper, by the method of melt blending, six kinds of LDPE/EVA films with different content of EVA were prepared, and the mechanical and barrier properties were studied.
Fig.2 influence of EVA amount on Fig. 3 influence of EVA amount on the LDPE film of Young's modulus the tensile strength of LDPE films When the EVA content increased further, EVA modified LDPE film Young's modulus and tensile strength decreased, that’s because when the EVA content is greater than 5%, EVA makes hindered the migration of LDPE, slow crystallization rate, to lower the crystallinity of LDPE, the mechanical properties caused by decreased synthesis of the factors is greater than the role of VA in the heterogeneous nucleation, and therefore high EVA content, the mechanical properties of modified films is reduced.
Apparently, EVA content of 5% of the modified film was the best mechanical properties.
In order to verify the causes of changes in mechanical properties of modified films, the six blend membrane samples were tested through DSC thermodynamics properties of analysis, the results as shown in fig. 6 and 7.
But to combine these factors, the oxygen barrier of the film on the decline was caused by EVA content increase, that is, with the EVA content increasing, the blend film OTR was increased.

In this paper, two main influence factors of the movement, BHF and the blank thickness at the both sides of the weld-line, were studied by both the experiments and finite element simulation.
The laser welding technology is used to join some blanks with different thickness and material properties into the TWB.
So the thickness ratio is also an important influence factor to the weld-line movement

In addition, the effect of the interfacial IMC on mechanical properties of solder joints was in-depth summarized.
It should be noted that the growth of IMC in interconnection solder joint is effected by many factors such as service environment, the size of solder joint, solder materials, service temperature and time.
The formation and growth of Kirkendall voids is decided by the following two factors, one is the growth rate of the interfacial IMC, the other is solubility of Cu into Sn and IMC under thermal aging [18].
Effect of interfacial IMC on the mechanical properties Strength of solder joints mainly depends on interfacial IMC [24].
In addition, when solder joints undergoing thermal and mechanical stresses, the dendritic Ag3Sn will seriously affect the mechanical properties of solder joints, and significantly decreases the strength of joints [26].

Therefore, the mechanical properties of the PAM directly influence the performance of the flexible joint.
An analytical modeling of the PAM is proposed and discussed with both mechanical and experimental approaches for its mechanical properties, it will give the direction of flexible joints and robot’s dynamic performance analysis and motion accuracy control.
