Relationship Research among Organizational Justice, Engagement and Work Performance of Water Industry Employee Yongping Sun, Jigan Wang Business school of Hohai university, China Whitecloud1987@126.com Keywords: organizational justice; engagement; work performance; water industry Abstract.
Introduction The water industry is important and related to the economic and social development, the water industry employees need to give full play to its own values to create good work performance to make water industry play its role in the economic and social development.
Developed equity theory response the need of psychological, emotional and personal realization of the staff, they will have views of its work and take measures to deal with it when staff feel unfair in any way ,such as slack, counter-productive behavior, such behavior can be attributed to non-professional behavior for employees and will negatively affect the employees’ work performance directly.
This study choose the employees who work in the domestic water sector as the study sample.

Introduction Coal dust in the mining process can easily result in pneumoconiosis of coal mine workers, is a serious professional pathogens.
Such as the use of surfactants, magnetized water increases the water absorption of the coal, dust-sticking bar to increase the coal seam infusion effects, these measures by changing the surface tension and contact angle of coal and water to improve the effect of water infusion, permeability of coal seam itself isn’t changed, so the implementation effect still need to improved.
Coal itself has a wealth of pore volume to the coal-water slurry in the disperse system, water into the coal pores internal through the multilayer adsorption and capillary condensation, so the water absorption and pore volume have a close relationship, and how much of the water absorption has a direct impact on the wetting of the seam water infusion.
Contain air in water, and the formation of some tiny air bubbles.
It will appear sparse and dense state when power ultrasound alternating sound pressure in water transmission, water under positive pressure (about a few atmospheres) the role of the intensive state; sparse state water by the pull of negative pressure, the water corresponding to the compression and expansion, the power of ultrasound propagation in water cause the water to generate cavitation bubbles.

Each damage appearance and influential factor is various, and damage mechanism involves architectural history, material science, construction equipment, architectural physics and other expertise, so it should be jointly analyzed by multi-disciplinary professionals. 1.1 Alkali corrosion and weathering The walls of Tai’an Road modern buildings suffer alkali corrosion to varying degrees.
Actually it is environmental factors that cause imbalanced water content in different parts of walls, resulting in the differences in the deterioration degree[2].
The humid climate, low groundwater levels and high salinity water are the regional environmental factors of Tianjin.
Vapor barrier failure, negligent maintenance of drain pipe and breakage of cornices will also make the surrounding walls suffer from water erosion.
For example, the old site of the Garden Building had red plain brick walls, on which a variety of white water brush forms luxury white lines.

Based on the characteristics of expansive soil and polyethylene fibers used and researched, relevant data of fiber improving expansive soil are obtained by laboratory soil tests, and the numerical simulation parameters are derived by some formulas, through the useing of Mohr-Coulomb and elasticity constitutive model of the geotechnical professional software FLAC3D, we simulate the effect of polyethylene fibers improving expansive soil.
It is a kind of high plasticity clay, with the characteristics of swelling as the result of water immersion, shrinkage due to water loss , and repeated expansion and contraction deformation ; its bearing capacity decrease with immersion , and the crack develops with the shrinkage.
Besides, numerical simulation analysis are made with the international large-scale geotechnical professional software FLAC3D using Mohr-Coulomb Constitutive model.
In addition to this, The pure water were weighed according to the optimal moisture content.

The water vapor permeability (WVP) was determined gravimetrically at 25°C using a modified ASTM E96-95 method [7].
The water vapor permeability of the films was calculated using the following equation: (1) Where WVP is water vapor permeability of film (gm/m2sPa), WVTR is the water vapor transmission rate (gm-1s-1) through the film, X is the mean film thickness (m) and ΔP is the partial water vapor pressure difference (Pa) between the two sides of the film.
WVP is one of the most important properties in food packaging, the result was shown in Table 3,mainly because of the noticeable role of water in deteriorative reactions and microbial growth [9].
The increase in water vapor permeability of the PLLA films was mainly attributed to the decrease of Tg.

Therefore, Pan developed a tool for water footprints, so that individuals, organizations, and nations could use this evaluation tool to estimate usages of water resources through development of smart systems, in order to build water saving mechanisms and reduce future risks of insufficient water resources [6, 7, 10].

It is very difficult to open teaching because the course involves many professional and lots of students.
We think, the basic requirement of physics experiment should be same to science students, at the same time we should pay attention to the professional requirements, student's personal quality and their personality development [3].
Due to the different requirements of teaching, all the professional class is different, teaching content is also different.
In addition, I find mechanical and electrical professional students choose to do mechanic, optical independent open experiments are more than other profession’s.
They put forward to making a set of hydroelectric power equipment through combination water pump and generator and explore the energy conversion of them etc.

Research On Teaching Operation Modes Of Design Courses In Architecture Education Wenye GONG North China Institute of Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Power, Zhengzhou, 450011, china 13663851982@126.com Keywords: architecture, scene type, exchange type, cooperation type, defense type Abstract.
Introduction In architectural education, “the preliminary design”, “the architectural design and theory”, “the city planning and design”, “the architectural interior design” and “the landscape design” are main courses for professional training.
They make full use of their spare time to do many works such as collecting materials, making courseware and lesson discussions, which will help students have an obviously improvement in the professional knowledge and oral communication.
“Cooperative Type” Teaching Method Today, as a result of the work division, it has a high requirement to professional personnel in the field of architectural design [3].
In the process of implementation, the professional students in the lower grades usually are informed to take part in and visit the senior exhibition, which will bring the younger a lot of enlightenment.

What kind of water do we drink, what kind of food do we eat?
The area under our consideration belongs to such category of problems which could be solved only when: - The state legislation, the state and public structures, scientific and techno-logical societies and private environment protective organization will stimulate their solutions; - The professionals (including professional leaders but not professional politicians) will deal with these problems and implement measures, aimed at their research and formation, using methods and means for their quickest solution; - Every person, starting from childhood, will not only understand these problems (that is, to work with them in the mental activity layer, but to feel them as a personal matter).
