Testing materials, equipment and programs test design
In this work, the soil material was got at Qinghai Xiangpi Mountain section which belongs to 109th National Highway.
As a result, we cannot take full account of the material constitutive function of temperature change.

The MEA probe was fabricated by the MEMS process to satisfy a number of structural and materials characteristics.
The reference electrode integrated in the MEA probe was identical to the recording electrode for both of them were made in the same way and using the same materials, so that both electrodes have the same background noise.

1.1 Experimental materials
The experimental rhizosphere soil came from Shaxi Town, Jianchuan County of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, and pisum sativum Linn, Chinese cabbage and brassica campestris.L from Kunming Xiaoban Qiao seed market.
1.2 Study methods
Experimental seed pretreatment
Used 3% potassium permanganate soaked seeds 30 minutes.
