A significant number of reports have been published in application of ANN for the prediction of future events in Civil engineering problems .
And now this makes ANNs as powerful tool for solving some of the complicated engineering problems.

Engineers’ preoccupation with the task of solving these problems begot a series of stimulating ideas.
Yet, because of the large requests of variety techniques from many fields and laborious works of collection and sort, the establishment of an efficient data-base can never be accomplished by civil engineering only.

Abstract.
Introduction Recently, all kinds of large-scale civil engineering structures keep coming, such as high-rise buildings, long-span bridges and water conservancy and hydropower projects, etc.
The research results in the paper could enrich the theory of piezoelectric-based SHM and lay function for technology application in engineering.
The method could be used in the practical engineering to reduce the failure risk of concrete structures cased by all kinds of factors.

Abastrat: This paper is to research the seismic performance and failure mode of longitudinal independent brick masonry wall between with isolated seams under the lateral function and vertical load.
And it can simulate the window wall W-1 with 10mm isolated seam, the wall W-2 between windows and the ordinary wall W-3.Compared their damage morphology and mechanical characteristics in the vertical load and horizontal loads, some useful can be got and become the basis for teoretical analysis and engineer design of masonry structures for the future.

Abstract.
Such problems exist in the fields of civil engineering, railway tracks, bridges, mechanical engineering and overhead cranes subjected to moving loads or masses for many years. The dynamic analysis of bridge structures subjected to moving loads or masses is given by Stokes[1] and Willis[2] earlier.
The above solution was just a combination of mass and velocity, however, in engineering the vehicle-bridge system model should be considered.
The equations and simulation results in this paper have certain theoretical significance and application value on bridge design and management in engineering.
