Subramanian et al. [1] had reported that CCTO has high dielectric constant (>105), which is nearly constant over a wide range of frequencies and temperatures.
Previously, Young et al. [2] have studied the effect of liquid-phase sintering on the breakdown strength of BaTiO3 (BT) ceramics used for energy storage capacitor, but, as reported, the dielectric constant of BT was only around ~100 at 1 MHz.
Zhang et al. [11] have reported that the energy density of BT was 0.37 J/cm3.

Abstract.
This evolution, along with its presence as traces in sample 7 in the as-cast state, seems to confirm that U2Mo2C3 is formed through a peritectic or peritectoid reaction involving UMoC2, UC and Mo as suggested by Ugajin, et al. [9].
