Introduction
As the application of flexible structure in aircraft and spacecraft increases, it is stringently required that the vibration should be controlled.
The current research mostly uses smart composite material structure with shape memory alloy embedded in the body structure [4-5].
A 2.5mm thick epoxy plate is chosen as the base material, and the size is shown in Fig. 1.
The improvement of SMA material is still a key aspect for the engineering application of the smart structures.

Materials and Instrumentation
All chemicals used in this study were commercially available and used as received without any purification steps taken place.
The data indicated that Pd-PTu may utilized as homogenous catalyst in the Heck cross-coupling reaction where as it gave promising result around 83% conversion of starting materials into the desired Heck product which summarized in Table 1.
Concisely, the performance of picoline thiourea as ligand in palladium-catalyzed cross coupling reaction has afforded excellent catalytic activity which converted 83.81% of the starting materials into the coupled desired product.
