The materials of Steaming bucket apparatus evolved from wood to stainless steel, and steaming bucket apparatus has been more and more modern technology equipment, which includes steam heating, the shell and tube condensing liquor equipment, semi-automatic unloading bottom.
However, supporting the finer granular materials such as sorghum, the structure reveals many defects.
Leakage During the process of distillation (sorghum as the main raw material of solid), the aperture of the supporting plate is 6 ~ 8 mm, which is slightly larger than the pore size (4 mm) of sorghum materials.

Introduction Not only molybdenum trioxide(MoO3) is the main prodromal material of preparing molybdenum and its alloy material, but also it has special purposes in many functional materials, for example, synthetic sensor, catalyst, ionic conductors and potential battery electrodes, etc, because of its characteristic of electrochromics, photochromics, photo catalytic degradation and gas sensitivity[1-3].
With the development of modern science and technology, traditional molybdenum trioxide particles are so coarse that it will not be able to meet the requirements of preparing high quality molybdenum alloy material.

CdSe nanoparticles were synthesized using NH3 as complexing agent by electron beam method in a colloid system, which used Cd(Ac)2 and Na2SeO3 as raw materials.
CdSe nanoparticles were synthesized using ammonia as complexing agent by electron beam method in a colloid system, which used soluble selenium salt (Na2SeO3) and cadmium salt (Cd(Ac)2·2H2O) as raw materials.
Nanometer-sized crystals of semiconductors are another interesting class of low-dimensional materials with useful optical and electronic properties[14,15].

Fig. 1 The entity model of wet multi-disc brake Fig. 2 The model of the dual disc mesh and point numbers Boundary Conditions and The Determination of the Calculated Data Thermal Stress Calculation Hypothesis materials only have linear elastic deformation during braking process, the object with thermal expansion produced only line strain without shear strain.
Thermal stress is calculated in the formula: (1) In the formula: —stress matrix of materials; D—the elastic matrix of the material;—the strain matrix of material; —Temperature strain; Here: as the initial strain appeared in the equation of stress and strain, for 3d problems, is calculated in the formula: (2) In the formula: —Thermal expansion coefficient of the material; T0—the initial temperature of the equipments, assuming that it is uniform; T—braking temperature of equipment Structure Parameters and Material Properties of the Brake In the FEM model of the wet multi-disc brake, the main parts involved are friction disc (including friction facings and chips) and dual disc.
According to the thermal physical parameters of material in Table 1, define the performance parameters of the materials in the Property module of ABAQUS, and endue them with the dual disc and friction sheave.
