Materials and Methods Materials MPO and anti-MPO were purchased from Thermo Company (USA).
The kit of ELISA for MPO was purchased from Uscn Sciences co.
All specimens collected form 40 patients with chest pain in the Affiliated Hospital of Sichuan Academy of Medical Sciences from Nov, 2007 to June, 2008.

Temporal variation of urban ambient air quality in Nanchong, China Youping Li1, 2, a, Hong Zhou1, b, Huifang Liu1, c 1Chemical Synthesis and Pollution Control Key Laboratory of Sichuan Province, College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, China West Normal University, Nanchong 637009, China 2School of Environmental Science and Engineering, Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou 510275, China alyp920@163.com, bzhouhong2dy@163.com, cawe527407@163.com Keywords: air quality; mass concentration; air pollution index; Nanchong Abstract: The study applied 2008-2012 hourly mass concentrations of SO2, NO2 and PM10 and air pollution indexes (API) to discuss the temporal variation of urban air quality in Nanchong, a southwest city in China.
It is recognized as a potentially lethal form of pollution with its long-term and short-term impacts on human health, well-being, ecosystems, materials and visibility[1-2].There were a lot of studies which used mass concentrations or API to discuss the variation of urban air quality in the domestic and overseas.
The QA/QC procedures are carried out and had been maintained throughout years, including regular instrument calibration with Standard Reference Materials (SRM)[7].

Mechanical collaborative simulation is a new mechanical product simulation model based on the development of simulation technology and computer science.
It constructs according to the XPDL (XML Process Define Language) standard.Simulation LoadCase (short as SL) is load tests, differences of constraints arising from the change of parameters (borders, loads, materials, grids, and so on) in the mechanical product simulation process.Simulation Result (short as SR) is the data from the simulation-driven software analysis of simulation workflow, including metadata and result files.Simulation Report (short as SP) is the period report of simulation result analysis in certain forms(word, excel).
The data level is composed by databases and the document library; the database include material library, result library, product configuration library and reports library, which stores data such as product configuration information, material properties, time and person of creation.
