The systems are modular and the data for scale up can obtained from a pilot operating equipment with membrane modules of the same dimension of those used industrially.

both maltose and glycerol act as anti-plasticisers [2, 6], causing a reduction in vh and the glass
transition temperature, Tg, of the carbohydrate matrices.

Finally, it is also worth mentioning that the reduction in vh is more pronounced upon the addition of maltose compared to glycerol, which is probably due to the differences in the size and structure of the two additive molecules.

Continuous reduction of the micropipe density in SiC substrates at Cree has been achieved by
precise control of PVT c-axis growth conditions.
To further advance SiC as a robust material for mainstream power device applications, the next challenge is the reduction of dislocations: 1c screw, threading, and basal plane dislocations.
Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 represent examples of total defect maps and total usable area data for different die sizes on 100 mm SiC wafers.
The information obtained from this analysis is processed for different grid sizes depending on the application to get defect-free die yield maps and usable area data on wafers.

The data tier comprised of social composition data, economic data, water resource data, eco-environmental data etc., and they are divided into two major categories - parameter and variable.
These data will be collated and transmitted to the constraint tier and objective tier.
There are mainly 74 input data and 44 output data in the model.
The flow data from 1956 to 2005 reflect that of long term average flow and the data from 1980 to 2005 reflect the conditions of relatively low flow in recent years.
Our future work will focus on strengthening the use of remote sensing of ET data.
These data will be collated and transmitted to the constraint tier and objective tier.

Rockfall impact signal and noise clearing
Rockfall impact signal is shown in Figure1,2.Because of interference from external and internal equipment, there will produce some useless noise mixed with the signal in the acquisition.Therefore,in order to make the test data more reliable, the collected signal must clear the noise, in this article,we use the wavelets theory to clear the noise from the test data.
The basic principle of wavelet noise clearing is:length N of the signal is disturbed by the noise, the measured data with noise is ; therefore the fundamental purpose of filtering noise from the noisy data X is to get an approximate signal from the signal, makes is optimal approximation under certain error estimates, that is to get the real signal.Signal without noise is shown in Figure 4, Ratio of signal and noise can be used to evaluate the wavelet noise clearing.

Study on the unique activity rules of earthquake induced by coal mining(EICM) is the foundation of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction.
Based on the record data of EICM in northern Shaanxi from 2009 to 2012,the time-space distribution rules of seismic events is investigated by statistical methods; the trend of activities is predicted by analysis of magnitude-frequency relationship and creep curves sequence of EICM; the formation mechanics is discussed by using energy principle, the results show that: the corresponding relationship between EICM and on-site mining activity patterns is obvious, with the coal mining scale and depth increasing, EICM is inevitable, caused by the roof fall collapse, its intensity (the maximum magnitude of possible is 4.4) and frequency will increase further in the next period of time.
Establish small-scope monitoring network of collapse earthquake to observe and forecast EICM, research on the response mechanism and exploitation, through improved mining methods, optimizing distribution and mining sequence, limiting mining, combined with softening by the water, pressure relief by the borehole and induced blasting can achieve the goal of EICM prevention and disaster reduction, can give a technical support to establish a long-term regulatory mechanism on environmental protection and sustainable development of the energy economy in northern shaanxi.

The strain gauges, load cells and LVDTs were connected to the same data logger and the results recorded automatically at each load step.

The figures show that not only the predicted failure modes of prestressed beams are well agree with the actual failure modes, but also the predicted nominal moments are very close to the experimental data.
Because the experimental data is very limited and experimental beams are all over-reinforced prestressed sections, the equations of ideally reinforced section are not confirmed.

As it will be shown later, Data Mining is useful not only for handling redundant experimental data but also as powerful aid in case of stochastic model updating.
However, the realized part represents a good starting point for future upgrades: supposing future applications, it's possible to expect to enclose new algorithms for data generation and analysis and for the handling of structure properties data and model data too.
